The Sylvia Team specializes in horse property. As owners of our own horse farm and horses we understand the unique attributes of horse farms and what is important to look for when you are actively involved with day to day management of your horses.
If you are selling a horse farm it is equally important to work with a real estate agent that understands the value of your property and can provide you accurate market value guidance. Horse farms are usually difficult to find comparables when used to determine a list price and agents that don’t understand horse property will price the property lower than what they should as they are basing the value on typical real estate parameters:
